The project for manufacture of Agro Based Kraft Paper was set up in 1991 at 10.6th K.M. Bhopa Road, Muzaffarnagar. After successful implementation and growth, a second plant for Coated Duplex Board was installed in 1997. The quality of the company's products is of its own distinct type and is well accepted and recognised in the market.
The company also runs a high-pressure boiler-based co-generation captive power plant, with a 4.5 MW turbine installed in 2003 and a newer 7.10 MW turbine added more recently — both units performing reliably to meet the plant's own power requirements.
