From fibre to
finished reel.

A single integrated site in Muzaffarnagar carries both product lines through to dispatch, backed by 100% captive power.

The BDL Cycle

A closed loop, from field to finished board.

Every reel begins as agricultural residue and ends as a recyclable, biodegradable product — nothing in the process is wasted.

7 Stages

Fibre to
Finished Board

01
Agro-Residue Collection

Farm waste and agricultural residue sourced as raw fibre.

02
Fibre Preparation

Residue is cleaned and readied for pulping.

03
Pulping

Processed into pulp of consistent, own-grade quality.

04
Kraft Paper Forming

Fibre is formed into strong kraft paper reels.

05
Duplex Board Coating

Board receives its smooth, print-ready coated face.

06
Quality & Reeling

Every batch checked before final reeling.

07
Recyclable by Design

Paper mill turbine
Captive Power

Self-sufficient, by design.

A high-pressure boiler-based co-generation plant powers the mill independently of the grid — a 4.5 MW turbine installed in 2003, followed by a newer 7.10 MW unit as capacity grew. Both units continue to run smoothly, keeping the kraft paper and duplex board lines running without interruption.
