Bindlas Duplux Limited is managed by the authority of a Board comprising the following directors, whose combined experience spans over four decades in the paper industry.

Chairman of various paper-related organisations, including the Indian Industries Association, U.P. Paper Mill Association, Northern India Paper Association, and U.P. Enviro Green Effluent Solutions. In 1996 he was invited to the USA by USAID for a training programme on Cleaner Production in the Pulp and Paper Industry, as a speaker. He was appointed Facilitator Consultant for the Waste Minimization Circle project by the Ministry of Environment & Forests and the World Bank in 1997. In 1998 he was invited to Bangkok by UNEP as faculty for a training programme on Cleaner Production in Pulp and Paper Industries, and in the same year was invited by an oil refinery unit to help prevent pollution. In 1999 he was invited by AOTS Japan for a training programme on Water Management, and separately travelled to the USA on a USAID invitation, visiting more than 30 pulp and paper industries to study cleaner production techniques.

A Director of the Company since 21st March 2004, holding a master's degree in Business Management (MBA) with approximately 18 years of experience in the paper industry. He served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company up to October 2017, before taking on his current role as Whole-Time Director, where he remains closely involved in the Company's day-to-day operations and strategic direction.
